Coaching Points:

Personally, I feel this is a very conservative scheme. The positive side is you have max protection. You are able to pick up any overloads inside or outside. The downside is you are not going to get down the field as fast so you better have a kicker who is going to boot it 50 yards.

Blocking Scheme is simple, Front 7 Outside Zone. The Upbacks will step up and outside, depending on the defensive alignment.

The Tight Ends will be the stingers. Everybody will set up off those 2 positions. The 2 outside Upbacks will be contain down the numbers while the Inside Upback and Punter will be containing down the hashes.

 

Again, All of these schemes are what I have done personally, I realize there are different ways to run anything so I am not saying this is the only way, just one way!
