H.W. Roark Memorial Scholarship

I have started a scholarship at my dad's high school, E.C.Glass High School, in Lynchburg, Virginia. Dad played Basketball there and was a member of the 1954 State Championship Team. Dad's middle name should have been "Sports". He loved all sports and it is because of him that I have my love for the game. Dad went to all my high school games and as a coach, the first thing I had to do when I got home was to call him and tell him how we did. It did not matter what time or how we did, he wanted to know.

I am asking that if you have a few extra dollars to please send them to the address below in Dad's name. We are going to start awarding an annual scholarship to the senior basketball player, guy/girl that best shows the love for sport that my dad had. All donations are tax deductable.
